TCI is now authorized to sell CradlePoint product under GSA Schedule: 47QTCA19D00MM in partnership with Synnex Government Solutions.

All GSA contract orders will automatically receive TCI's quantity 20 – 29 pricing for routers and adapters and TCI's quantity 5+ pricing for accessories. Please contact us at [email protected] for pricing on quantities greater than 30 units. The minimum GSA Contract order amount is $100.

Ordering:

Contact TCI either by email at [email protected] or via phone or fax with your CradlePoint requirements. TCI will provide a written quote. If the quote is acceptable, the client should issue a PO. The PO should be returned to TCI Systems, Inc., via email, snail mail, or fax. Please indicate your method of payment on the PO.

Shipping:

Once TCI receives the PO, your order will be shipped as per standard Contract shipping procedures. If the customer has Special shipping requirements they should contact TCI before issuing the PO as there may be additional charges. TCI will advise as to any additional charges which then must be included on the PO.

Payment:

There are 3 methods of payment for GSA purchases:

1. Payment may be made to TCI through the automated Government ACH system. TCI is registered on the SAM system. TCI's D&B number is 03-4460972.

2. Payment may be made through the normal Accounts Payable Process. This process will generally apply to local and state government agencies or educational institutions.

3. Payment may be made using the Government Smart Card. The order should be entered in TCI's eCommerce system. TCI will adjust the price to the discounted Government price upon shipment. Smart Card purchases are limited to $3000 per transaction.

Payment information will be supplied on TCI's invoice based on the customer's desired payment mode and any additional shipping requirements.
